Partner Bio
LiveNotary services for the leading law firms, universities, and individual customers. We have served over 20,000 clients and growing.
Since 2015, we have been providing in person, and remote online notary sessions across the United States. As laws changed to allow more States to accept online notarizations, so did we. We have built a revolutionary platform to allow individuals to receive a notary stamp from the comfort of their own home. As we grow, we are opening up our platform for independent notaries to be able to conduct signings with their own clients, and our retail clients.
What we do
LiveNotary mission is to provide our customers with remote online notary services that are reliable and accurate at their utmost convenience, and establish compelling corporate partnerships fit to the needs of each institution by exceeding expectations and giving excellent customer service.
Choosing Your Certificate
A notary public is required to have and use an identity-based digital certificate to digitally sign and seal each notarized document. Once a digital signature is applied, the electronic document is encrypted so that it cannot be modified; thereby protecting against digital tampering and creating a non-repudiable legally binding document, in which relying parties can trust.
Simply select "BUY NOW" and the IdenTrust Certificate Selection Wizard will assist you in choosing a certificate that is accepted by LiveNotary to meet your business needs. Your digital certificate can also be used to secure your email communications through digital signing and encryption.
Applications for IGC Notaries | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage certificates use an automated process that can take up to 48 hours.
