Instructions for retrieving and installing your browser based software certificate from IdenTrust.com

IdenTrust new browser-based certificate retrieval.
Within your application approval email, follow the link to https://www.idendrust.com/install
From our secure website enter the activation code contained within the approval email, along with the account password you created during your application.
Now, download the retrieval application.
Then, run the executable to launch the retrieval application entering the retrieval key to the application.
This can be done by either dragging the key to the lock, or selecting copy key and pasting to the retrieval key field.
Verification of retrieval key will begin automatically, and then the certificate chain installation will commence.
Once installation is complete, you will have the options to backup your certificate, as well as testing.
Retrieval and installation is now complete.
