How to digitally sign Nuance Power PDF's with IdenTrust digital certificates.

Nuance power PDF digital signing and sealing. Welcome to the idenTrust
Digital Signing and Sealing process to sign documents.
Be sure to have your digital certificate installed onto your machine as this walkthrough will only work once the certificate is installed.
For token-based certificates you will ONLY be able to use a Windows based computer to digitally sign.
For software based certificates, you can use either windows or Mac.
To initiate the process to digitally sign in Nuance power PDF you will first need to open the PDF file.
Click document signatures. You will then need to select your certificate for digital signing by
clicking on digital ID.
Verify the expiration date of your certificate and click okay to continue.
You will be prompted to select an appearance if you choose to do so.
Click next. click save.
You will be prompted to save the document.
Be sure to select the location you want to save your document.
Click save. You will then be prompted to enter
your certificate password or click allow.
